Ryan Terp

Operations Manager
Before joining the KSC family, Ryan operated basketball tournaments in NJ, NY, and CT as the Tri-State Regional Coordinator for Zero Gravity Basketball. Prior to Zero Gravity, Ryan worked in the NBA for the San Antonio Spurs during their 2013-14 Championship season within the Youth Programs Department as the Sports Programs Associate. Ryan’s extensive knowledge and experience operating youth basketball tournaments, camps, clinics, and showcases will help KSC remain the top facility in the South Shore.
Ryan is a 2013 graduate of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management. Ryan also has extensive experience in basketball as a player at both the high school and collegiate levels, and currently as an Assistant Varsity Coach at Walpole High School.

Matt Phippard

Director of Basketball Operations

Director of Basketball Operations for KSC and will also be the KSC Thunder AAU Director. Matt is currently also the Head Women’s Basketball Coach for Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prior to his collegiate head coaching position, Matt was an assistant at Wentworth for four seasons. Prior to Wentworth, Matt spent five seasons as an assistant men’s basketball coach at Bridgewater State where he helped the Bears to an 83-50 record, a Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference Championship in 2009, and two appearances in the NCAA Tournament, including advancing to the “Sweet Sixteen” during the 2008-09 season. A native of Duxbury, Matt is has also been the Wentworth Head Men’s Golf Coach for the past four years and brings a lot of experience to KSC.

Bob FisherBob Fisher

Bob Fisher, a former captain at Bentley University has won 17 league titles, 4 sectional championships, and 2 state championships as the head basketball coach and athletic director of Rockland High School. He is a member of the Bentley University Hall of Fame, New England Basketball Hall of Fame, Rockland High School Hall of Fame, and Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame. Bob Fisher is the current basketball coach at Marshfield High School.


Lou Rettman (Baseball)

Lou is a Cardinal Spellman 3 time All-League, All Scholastic and Hall of Fame inductee from the graduating class of ‘77. He went on to play at Massasoit, University of Tampa, and in the Yankees minor league system from ‘81-’83.

Since his playing days, Lou spent time as assistant coach at Stonehill College, and went on to run his own baseball training center, and continues to train student athletes year round.


Mark Kelleher (Baseball)

Mark  is a North Quincy class of ‘92 Alum, and Baseball and Football Hall of Fame inductee.  He played collegiate ball at Suffolk from ‘94-’96 and started coaching right out of school.

Mark’s  20 year coaching resume includes  Morrisette American Legion, Harvard University Baseball Camps, Kingston Youth Baseball, and Blue Chip Baseball Clinics.
